With regard to the goods you will receive, we guarantee the health security of what you will receive, or without the risk of infection with SARS-CoV-2 in the most absolute way, both for the precautions that we will take anyway to pack it in complete safety and hygiene, and because they are items we have had in stock for a long time, purchased from wholesalers many months (or even years) before this virus appeared. Any new item we had to buy with out of stock (but at the moment it is not foreseen), obviously it will be disinfected by us before being brought into the warehouse with the rest of the goods.
All that you can hypothetically receive from the infected will be only the external surface of the boxes with which we will send the goods (therefore NOT the internal packaging and the individual packages, whatever they are). Boxes that, it is easy to imagine, will be handled with potentially infected bare hands or gloves, by postmen, couriers, condominium concierges or your neighbors. We therefore advise you, when the delivery boy passes by you, to open it with the mask and possibly with gloves to grab the parcel. Open the box and then, take off the gloves, take out the contents. You can leave the box empty at the entrance or on the landing and throw it with due care in the following days: it seems the virus (if present, of course!) Does not remain active on the surfaces for more than 2 days.
The contents (including packaging) guarantee you to be sterile and therefore safe. For those of you (rightly, prudence is never too much) does not trust our words, or has bought elsewhere where you have not been given as many similar guarantees, can at this point proceed as follows: handle the goods without bringing your fingers in contact with the face (mouth, nose, eyes) or open wounds, unpack it and put it in a corner, far away and safe from children, wash your hands well and wait a few days before putting your hand back.
For those who want to exaggerate prudently, they can further disinfect it with a cotton wool pad soaked in amuchina or alcohol at 90°, taking care not to damage any items susceptible to these aggressive treatments.
But let's repeat: there will be no need to do anything like this (at least as far as we are concerned, certainly not for purchases made elsewhere), because we guarantee that the goods we send you are sterile from the virus: we are all biologists and perfectly aware of what we do ; we do not improvise like many who have unfortunately been abandoned by this government without clear and precise directives, or worse, laughable. Keep in mind the above warnings in case of purchases made elsewhere, always useful if you do not know who you are dealing with and where they come from.
