What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer when you visit a website. The text contains information that the site is able to read and use in later navigation sessions. How can I disable cookies?
You can change your browser to turn off cookies through a very simple procedure.
Firefox
• Open Firefox.
• In the toolbar at the top of the browser, select "Tools" and then "Options" (Windows users).
• Select "Firefox" and then "Preferences" (Mac users).
• Then select the "Privacy" tab.
• Go to "Settings History," and then "Use custom settings".
• Uncheck "Accept cookies from sites" and save preferences.

• Open Google Chrome.

• Select "Content settings" under "Privacy".
• In the "Cookies" you can clear the cookies and save your preferences.
Safari
• Open Safari.
• Choose "Preferences" in the toolbar, then select the panel "Privacy"
in the dialog box that follows.
• In the "Cookies and data websites" you can specify if and when Safari
