SENDING YOUR BUSINESS PROPOSALS AND PHOTOGRAPHS

Please note that:
1) we do not buy in retail from private: it does not suit us, we are not junk dealers, having our suppliers in Italy or abroad from which we procure wholesale goods in quantity. Old collections or single pieces in your possession, whether inherited or not, do not absolutely interest us, unless you want to give them to us. We therefore recommend that you try to sell your goods elsewhere, such as Ebay, Amazon or wherever you want.
2) we do not carry out assessments of any kind (not even for a fee).
So please kindly do not to send commercial proposals of any kinds, or requests for estimates of goods in your possession, thanks.
Also strongly encourages you not to send its own initiative photographic material, movies or other, without first asking permission: all emails containing attachments of any sort will be immediately trashed without being opened, as a precaution against viruses or spam, which would compromise or slow down our e-mail account.

Before contacting us, check that what you would like to ask us is not already present on the site in the footer (down in the homepage) among the conditions of sale, or on the orange button at the top of the individual catalogs (More information on... click here) or between the F.A.Q. If in all these places you have not found the answers you are looking for, or you want further clarification, for information regarding our e-commerce activity, assistance or any type of communication (which are not proposals for goods you want to sell us, we are absolutely not interested!), please send an email to redazione@larcadinoe.com : you will be contacted by our office via e-mail as soon as possible.

We remind everyone that, as e-commerce, we do not take phone calls of any kind.

Please note that e-mails sent without object or with only a writing such as "info" or other generic wording will be deleted as precaution against virus and spam.
So simply write: insect info, shell info, assistance with a purchase, payment problems, my order in progress, etc.
